PARISER

Named after the French city of Paris, Pariser is a delicate, fine-cut luncheon meat flavoured with garlic. The finished product has a pale pink colour, and resembles a coarsely cut sausage made of cured chicken and veal, and tiny amount of beef. After curing, the meat is stuffed into large meat casings, where it then makes a great addition to any gathering or celebration where food needs to be quick and delicious.
