Named after the French city of Paris, Pariser is a delicate, fine-cut luncheon meat flavoured with garlic. The finished product has a pale pink colour, and resembles a coarsely cut sausage made of cured chicken and veal, and tiny amount of beef. After curing, the meat is stuffed into large meat casings, where it then makes a great addition to any gathering or celebration where food needs to be quick and delicious. Contains: Chicken & Veal (95%), Water, Salt, Spices & Herb, Mineral Salts (450, 451,452), Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (316 or 300), (Nitrite (250)-125 mg/kg maximum).100g will give you 4-5 standard slices.
