ROLLED LAMB WITH SHANK

This tasty cut comes from a shoulder of lamb, and includes the shank. Our butchers will remove the shoulder blade, any excess fat and gristle, and then roll it all up into an easy-to-carve joint. This joint is then suitable for pot-roasting where the joint is pre-browned and pot-roasted slowly with vegetables with stock and fresh herbs. It is also excellent for oven roasting as it is exceptionally tender and ideal for stuffing.
