The chicken breast is a lean cut of meat taken from the pectoral muscle on the underside of a chicken. Any whole chicken at our store contains one chicken breast with two halves, which are typically separated during the butchering process and sold as individual breasts. In this case the breast is seperated and smoked to perfection, giving it a unique, mouth watering flavour. 1 piece. Weighs 300g. Comes vacuum packed. Contains: Chicken (97%), Salt, Mineral Salt (450, 451, 452), Flavour, Antioxidant (316 or 300), (Nitrite (250)-125 mg/kg maximum).
