The T-bone Steak comes from the Scotch Fillet on the bone, and is very similar to Porterhouse. Both types of steaks include a ‘T-shaped’ bone with meat on each side, but Porterhouse steaks are cut from the rear end of the short loin, and T-bone steaks are cut closer to the front, with both containing exceptionally juicy portions of tenderloin meat. These T-Bone Steaks are best on the grill or BBQ. A very hot pan works too. Weighs approximately 280-300g.
