Veal Bolar is an inexpensive cut taken from the shoulder and can be enjoyed cooked or roasted. It’s a hard working muscle during the animal’s short lifetime, and is denser with tough connective fibre, but has an amazing flavor. It’s great for pot roasting, braising, or cutting into stew meat, and an amazing meal to feed a whole family! Freeze product within 24 hours if not using within 1 day of receiving your order.
