Veal is the meat from a younger animal of either a dairy breed, dairy crossbreed or beef breed. Our veal is humanely processed, and when preparing it is best grilled, fried or BBQ’d. This Veal Shank is taken from the shin and comes to you on the bone. Suitable for slow cooking and soup. Weighs approx 1kg.
