Wurst is traditionally German or Austrian sausage, or any type of smoked, cured, or preserved meat. Yet, Wurst as we serve it is able to be served whole, slice-ready, and this uncut chub variety is a mixture of condensed beef. Comes vacuum packed. Contains: Beef (Min 92%), Water, Salt, Spices & Herb, Mineral Salts (450, 451), Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (316 or 300), (Nitrite (250)-125 mg/kg maximum). Approximately 500g.
