BEEF BOLAR

Bolar is an inexpensive cut taken from the beef shoulder and can be enjoyed cooked or roasted. It’s a hard working muscle during the animal’s lifetime, and is dense with tough connective fibre, but has an amazing flavor. It’s great for pot roasting, braising, or cutting into stew meat, and an amazing meal to feed a whole family! Weighs approximately 3 – 3.5kg as a full piece, and weighs approximately 1.5 – 1.6 kg as a half piece. Freeze product within 24 hours if not using within 1 day of receiving your order.
