Brisket is 3 separate cuts of meat from the cow’s breast area, and includes the whole brisket (breast), the lean point cut, and the fattier section known as the navel cut. This Pickled Full Beef Brisket comes fully flavoured and is ready to be cooked as is. No need to add salt. For extra taste, add carrots, onions, celery,
bay leaves and peppercorn or English pepper. Best enjoyed boiled—bring pot to a boil and simmer gently for approximately 2.5 – 3 hours.
