Beef Goulash is a mixture of beef and vegatables seasoned with rich herbs and spices. Perfect for slow cooking in a stock or sauce, for 90 minutes to 3 hours. This hearty dish, which has been around for centuries, is most commonly known as Hungarian Goulash, and was often done with several other meats, but as it made its way through Eastern Europe and eventually to foreign shores, beef became the meat of choice for this amazing meal. It’s an easy one-pot option which you can cook low and slow. Great to feed a whole family!
