This de-boned Beef Top Rib is is a joint of beef from the shoulder that makes a good roasting joint full of wholesome flavour, and is great cut for your cholent. Can be slow baked or braised, for absolute minimum of two hours. Best when cooked for 4-6 hours in a stock. Weighs approximately between 350 -400g. Allow 200 – 300g of meat per adult. Freeze product within 24 hours if not using within 1 day of receiving your order.
