Blintzes are a tasty pancake variation of Jewish origin. Made thin, a Blintz is always filled with delicious inners (in this case mushrooms or potato) and can be served with fillings on the side. A Blintz is almost always cooked twice, once when the crepe-like pancake is made, and the second time usually fried in margerin or oil with the filling. These particular Pareve Mushroom & Potato Blintzes make for great appetizers, which you can just warm up and enjoy! Contains gluten and onion. 4 Blintzes in a pack.
