Full Bulk Beef Pack

For great value and variety, order our Full Forequarter Bulk Beef Pack and fill your freezer with nine different cuts of tasty beef plus mince and sausages. Have frozen meat on hand for months!

We select Australian pasture-fed beef cattle mainly from Victorian farms. Our Full Bulk Beef Pack is prepared by our skilled butchers from approximately a half of the forequarter (front half) of the carcass. Halacha (Jewish law) forbids Jews to eat the sciatic nerve located in the hindquarter (rear half) of the animal; we follow the European minchag (custom) that the hindquarter is not used for kosher meat because of the risk of not removing the sciatic nerve completely.

Please note: The half of the forequarter is weighed for billing purposes before processing, and at that stage it weighs approximately 60-65 kg, depending on the weight of the carcass. After processing, with the removal of bone and fat, the final weight is approximately 36-38 kg.

Freeze mince immediately if not using within 24 hours of receiving your order. Freeze all other beef products within 24 hours if not using within 1 day of receiving your order. 

Full Bulk Beef Pack contents:

•  3 kg bola or full bola cut in half (your choice)

•  3 kg full brisket with cap or full brisket with cap cut in half (your choice)

•  12–15 scotch fillet steaks or full scotch fillet roll (your choice)

•  4–6 schnitzels or 1 round bola (your choice)

•  10–12 oyster blade steaks 

•  2.5 kg rolled roast or 6–7 frozen BBQ steaks or 2.5 kg chuck roast (out of net) (your choice)

•  6 pieces top rib

•  4 pieces no-bone top rib 

•  2 kg gravy beef 

•  9 kg beef mince (divided into 9 convenient packs) 

•  4 kg goulash 

•  2 kg sausages
