Kiev, or as it most commonly referred to ‘Chicken Kiev’ hails from Eastern Europe. Chicken breast is pounded out flat, then added to mince meat and rice, then wrapped in tender chicken pieces. Heat it in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat first, and fry the Kievs for 2-3 mins each side until golden, then transfer to a baking tray or oven and cook for 20-25 mins until cooked through.
We serve these with 2 Kiev per tray. Freeze product within 24 hours if not using within 1 day of receiving your order.
