The cut of beef is a thick portion of tender beef shanks, cross-cut from the shank or shin bone of a cow, and braised so the meat gets fork-tender. Osso Buco is an extremely satisfying dish that’s both hearty and luxurious, owing to the delicate flavour and texture of Beef.
