Polish is simialr to Kabana, and is a long, thick sausage originating in Poland. They are smoky in flavour, and can be soft or very dry in texture depending on freshness. Contains: Beef, (86%), Chicken (6%), Water, Salt, Spices & Herb, Edible Collagen Casing, Sugar, Mineral Salts (450, 451, 452), Garlic, Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (316 or 300), (Nitrite (250)-125 mg/kg maximum). 100g gives you Approximately 33 slices. and a full one not sliced is 600g
