Mortadella is a large sausage hashed of ground heat-cured meat made of small cubes of chick and beef fat, most notably the hard fat from the neck of a prized animal. It is traditionally flavoured with black pepper grains, and you can add anything you like, with many modern versions also containing pistachios or myrtle berries. Comes vacuum packed. Contains: Chicken & Beef (95%), Water, Salt, Spices & Herb, Mineral Salts (450, 451, 452), Garlic, Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (316 or 300), (Nitrite (250)-125 mg/kg maximum). 100g of delicious Mortadella Will give you 4 -5 standard slices.
