Pressed Veal has been soaked, boiled, and pressed, so it easily sliced and diced for anything from salads to sandwich filling. It’s great to have on hand for quick and easy preparation of hundreds of different types of easily made meals. Great for kids and families. Contains: Veal (97%), Salts, Mineral Salt (450,451,452), Flavour, Antioxidant (316 or 300), (Nitrite (250)-125 mg/kg maximum). 200g will give you 6 standard slices.
