RIB STEAK

A Rib Steak is a beef steak sliced from the rib primal of a fully grown beef animal. It is seen a a more flavorful cut than other steaks, such as the fillet, due to the muscle being used more prevalently by the animal during its lifetime. Rib Steaks are best for slow cooking or stews, and are a great dish when you are entertaining lots of people.
