Wurst is traditionally German or Austrian sausage, or any type of smoked, cured, or preserved meat. Yet, Wurst as we serve it is able to be served in slices, and is a mixture of raw minced meat and fat. This Turkey Wurst contains 4-5 slices. Weighs 100g – 200kg, and Contains: Chicken (88%), Veal (7%), Water, Turkey Fat, Salt, Spices & Herb, Mineral Salt (450,451,452), Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (316 or 300), (Nitrite (250)-125 mg/kg maximum).
