Veal is the meat from a younger animal of either a dairy breed, dairy crossbreed or beef breed. Our veal is humanely processed, and when preparing it is best grilled, fried or BBQ’d. This Veal Roll comes from the neck. It is a boneless cut of meat. Most suitable for roasting. One piece weighs approximately 1.8-2kg.
