“Oyster Blade Steak is named as such because it is connected to the shoulder/oyster blade of the beef. It is a very flavourful cut that is versatile enough to be cooked completely whole as a roast, or sliced into juicy steaks and then cooked easily on the grill, barbecue, or in a pan. It can also be thinly sliced up for a stir-fry, or diced for cooking in a braise or casserole. Perfect for slow cooking, put it on low in a stock or sauce from 90 minutes to 3 hours.
