Wurst is traditionally German or Austrian sausage, or any type of smoked, cured, or preserved meat. Yet, Wurst as we serve it here, is able to be served in slices, and is a mixture of scrumptious raw minced turkey, veal, and fat; with delicious herbs and spices for added flavour. Contains: Chicken (88%), Veal (7%), Water, Turkey Fat, Salt, Spices & Herb, Mineral Salt (450,451,452), Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (316 or 300), (Nitrite (250)-125 mg/kg maximum).100g will give you 4-5+ standard slices.
