Yearling Schnitzel is a truly special meat that generally comes from the Silverside cut of beef. Schnitzel is prepared very differently from many traditional steaks or cuts of meat, because it requires thin slicing, so it can then be tenderised. You will need a meat tenderiser and some breading if you choose to go with a breaded Schnitzel option while cooking. This incredibly popular dish cooks quickly and is best straight from the frying pan.
